Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Product must be in the same, unaltered condition as when it was received. For example, we do not accept belts that have been cut.
  • Returns are accepted only for C4 products purchased from www.c4belts.com.
  • In the event of a return the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded in any return.
  • Personalized dog collars and products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check spelling and sizing for accuracy prior to ordering

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded in any exchange.
  • Return labels will not be issued.
  • Additional charges may incur if the product being exchange is of greater value than the original product received (ex. print belts, chrome buckles.)
