RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Product must be in the same, unaltered condition as when it was received. For example, we do not accept belts that have been cut.
- Returns are accepted only for C4 products purchased from www.c4belts.com.
- In the event of a return the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded in any return.
Personalized dog collars and products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check spelling and sizing for accuracy prior to ordering
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded in any exchange.
- Return labels will not be issued.
- Additional charges may incur if the product being exchange is of greater value than the original product received (ex. print belts, chrome buckles.)
